Paul first contacted me, having just become engaged to Philippa, to see how I could help them plan their wedding. We visited various venues and  decided that Bagden Hall was perfect for their wedding reception.

Philippa told me any colour as long as it was pink was the order of the day, so pink it was, from the invitations, bridemaid dress, flowers etc. Philippa gave me some pink ribbon to tie on the wedding car; what she didn’t know was that we had organised a pink Cadillac to take her to the church and reception and the car certainly didn’t need the pink ribbon. I was with Philippa when the Cadillac arrived – her screams of delight could be heard by all her neighbours.
