Kate and Arnaud live in France and chose to marry in England, which meant many guests travelling from France. Everything was translated into both languages and many French traditions were brought into the day. Sunflowers were the main flowers used throughout.

A gospel choir and jazz band provided the early evening entertainment and two guests provided impromptu entertainment after the wedding breakfast. In keeping with French tradition, the three best men gave a fantastic presentation with Kate and Arnaud as the stars.

Dancing began with the wedding couple surprising everybody with their winning “Strictly Come Dancing” standard of first dance. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed all the celebrations and I even managed to brush up my French!
