Listed below are some of the services that my full wedding design and co-ordination service will offer you.

  • Initial consultation to discuss ideas, wedding date, themes, budgets etc.
  • Venue search, report and visits to venues with you.
  • Advice and examples on styles, colours, themes and the latest trends, if needed
  • Assisting with planning your wedding ceremony.
  • Organising your stationery requirements from especially themed invitations to thank you cards. Addressing all envelopes and monitoring replies.
  • Finding you a choice of the best suppliers for all your needs to fit into your budget and theme.*
  • Making any appointments for you to see chosen suppliers and visiting them with you. Liaising with all your suppliers throughout the lead up to your wedding.
  • Sourcing favours and gifts for you, arranging and wrapping of same if needed.
  • Providing detailed lists of varied accommodation options, with directions, for guests. Reserving any rooms required in advance and continually monitoring rooms available.

  • Being a contact point for wedding presents and queries for your guests.
  • Keeping an up-dated record of when all deposits and balances are due and arranging payment for you if desired.
  • Keeping a record of your budget at all times so that you know exactly how much your wedding is costing.
  • A time plan for yourselves, other members of the wedding party and all suppliers will be given to you to ease your mind.
  • Full wedding day attendance, usually from 10.a.m. until 8.p.m., or as otherwise required by you.
  • For marquee wedding receptions I shall be in attendance each day from the marquee being erected.

You will know the total cost of my wedding co-ordination service for you after our first meeting. If you wish to proceed after receiving a quotation, a 25% deposit secures your wedding date and I begin working for you immediately.

*Suppliers include: clothing for the wedding party, entertainment from jazz bands to casinos, favours, fireworks, florists, hairdressers & beauticians, mobile crèche facilities, photographers, stationery, toastmasters, transport, videographer, wedding cakes, marquees, caterers, linen and furniture hire, etc.
